Worlds Worst Burglar
Usually the burglars are dumb. Well thats why they try to steal cause they dont know any better.. But this guy beats them all in dumbness.. He seems to like falling down from heights for some odd reason. Really give him the award right now, hes the winner of the dumbest person award no doubt.
